B Tech (Civil) with 3-5 years of experience in plumbing works of multi storeyed projects.

Supervisor (Plumbing)
Diploma in civil with 2-3 years of experience in supervising plumbing works of multi storeyed projects.

Electrical Engineer
Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering with filed experience of minimum 3 - 5 years in the multi storyed building construction industry.

Customer Relation Executive:

Post Graduates or MBA with minimum 1 year experience in the above mentioned field.

Customer Relation Executive Trainee:

Graduates , Post Graduates or MBA Freshers can apply.

Managers - Construction:

Graduates in civil engineering with minimum 10 years experience in planning and execution of major multi-storied projects. Job responsibility includes liaisoning with clients/government departments for obtaining statutory clearance/approvals etc for commencing projects.

Projects Managers:

Graduates in civil engineering with minimum 5 years experience in overall construction management , planning and timely execution of major building projects. Experience in pile foundation work is essential.

Electrical Engineer:

Graduate in electrical engineering with minimum 3 years experience in the planning and execution of elecrical works of major multi-storied building projects. Working knowledge in electrical inspectorate and KSEB requirements is desirable.

Supervisors:

Diploma/ITI in civil engineering with minimum 2 years field experience in the marketing of large building spaces/apartments preferred.

Senior Marketing Executives:

MBA/Graduates with minimum 3 years work experience in the marketing of large building spaces/apartments preferred.

Accountant:

M.Com/B.Com degree holders with sufficient experience in handling company accounts. Proven experience in 'Tally' accounts is essential. Prefference will be given to candidates with experience in construction accounts.

Store Keepers:

Graduates/+2 with experience in handling construction site stores preferred. Good knowledge in computer operation is essential.
